DNA Workbench
An interactive visualization tool that makes DNA's structure explorable. Using a "2.5D" rendering technique I built, users can rotate, zoom, and explore the molecular basis of genetic diseases - from sickle cell to Huntington's. Each mutation tells a human story, connecting abstract biology to real medical conditions.
Peptide Explorer
An interactive database that treats amino acids as letters and peptides as words. The "Golden Underline" system guides users toward notable peptides, making discovery feel like exploration rather than search. From wound-healing GHK-Cu to blood-pressure regulating Angiotensin II, each entry connects to real therapeutic applications.
FlowReader
When you read, your eyes jump from word to word in movements called saccades—consuming 10-20% of your reading time. FlowReader eliminates this overhead entirely. Words come to you, each positioned at its Optimal Recognition Point, so your visual system dedicates 100% to comprehension rather than navigation. Two modes: Focus for pure speed, Flow for parafoveal preview. 250 to 800+ WPM.
